Leaving for Kansas Tomorrow

I'm waking up at four in the morning and we are leaving at five thirty. I'll be going to bed in about an hour and I still have packing that I need to finish. It's going to be a long night because I doubt that I'll be getting to sleep soon. I'll be having breakfast with my brother and his girlfriend tomorrow at a restaurant called The Place and then my father, grandpa, and I are going to be headed to my grandpa's brother Richards house in Colorado. He said that the smoke from the wildfire is really clogging up the air. While we're in Colorado I'm going to give him a copy of a picture I drew my sophomore year of my great grandpa. I think that he'll really like it. 8] After spending the night at Uncle Richards we're going to be continuing on our way to Kansas. We will be spending plenty of time in Kansas with my awesome family out there. On fathers day I'm going to take my dad and my grandpa out for lunch. I'm super excited to leave tomorrow and I'm even more excited about the fact that I'm probably not going to sleep.

Life is life is life, my friends. School is time consuming, looking for a job sucks, and getting horrible grades on tests that are for classes in your major is heart crushing. That being said, I still thoroughly enjoy the class. I realize that I need to study more and actually pay attention and care for what I'm doing in my classes. You learn a lot of life lessons in college and it is definitely a place where things come raining down on you. You have to be fast and able to deal with the shit that falls from the sky. It's hard, but if you try you can do it. I need to get my shit together, buckle down, and try as hard as I can to do what needs to be done. College Life

Aww yeee. Livin' it up, yo. I'm kidding. Let's be honest here, I do nothing almost all the time. I don't go to parties, I'm not a person who goes out much, and overall I'm not interested in that kind of life. I like my sitting on the computer or playing video games all day. It suits me because I don't want to cause trouble and I don't want to get pushed into something I don't want to do. It's the perfect life. 8] My classes are pretty cool. I go to Northern Arizona University and am planning on getting a degree in Electronic Media and Film (EMF), which is going to be awesome. Right now my classes are pretty blah because it's my first semester at college. Even still, it's been a pretty good first week. I have a math class, an English class, and EMF class, a communications class, and a freshman seminar class. Long Time, No Update

Hello my  lovelies, I realize that it's been a few months shy of a year since I last updated and I'm not sure why that is. All I can assume for the last blog posted onto the sight is that school got busy and I forgot that I had a blog. I keep a link to my page up near my tabs so I'm not sure how I forgot that this existed, but it happened and it's over. If I remember, and I hope I do, I will continue to update this blog with posts about my life and what's going on. I have a few other blogs of varying degrees talking about other things such as college in and of itself, movies, and knitting. All of which I have not updated either. I think the website/profile thing I've updated most since February would be Twitter so I'd go ahead and follow me on that if you really want to keep track of me. I don't have much else to say except for the fact that it's nearing Christmas and I am beyond excited about that! Maybe I'll update on Christmas about what I got...
